As a managing partner to Redd’s Restaurant – a high-profile, upscale, 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant and banquet facility in Carlstadt, New Jersey – Daniel designed the facility from the ground up, including concept and business plan, recruited and trained staff, and led the business to achieve continual profitable growth through sound fiscal planning, cost control and management in an industry with a 95% failure rate.

Daniel also held the title of Executive Chef at the platinum-rated Manasquan River Golf Club in Brielle, New Jersey. His cuisine and management results have been written up in a number of publications such as The New York Times, New Jersey Monthly, The Bergen Record, Club & Business, and on several social websites.

Redd’s has earned a reputation as one of the high profile gathering places in the Meadowlands.
